Are you eating keto or following a low-carb diet? Here is the ultimate list of fantastic Low-carb and Keto Thanksgiving Recipes that are sure to wow you–and your guests!

60+ Low-carb & Keto Thanksgiving Recipes You'll LOVE! (1)

My family and I don’t eat exclusively keto. We eat keto-ish. That means we mostly eat keto / low-carb, but we don’t worry about staying in ketosis or counting our carbs too exactly.

We just don’t do well eating a bunch of carbs, and sugar is NOT our friend (well, sugar really isn’t anyone’s friend for that matter, but that’s another story). You can read more about candida here and about my previous sugar issues here.

Anyhow, when then Holidays roll around, it can be a tough time for those of us who are watching carbs.

Think chocolate, candy, cookies, lots and lots of rolls, stuffing, pies, potatoes, and more.

So I’ve learned you really need to be proactive to avoid the carb overload.

Our Thanksgiving Table used to be all about sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, carrots, bread, stuffing, and more, we’ve had to rethink things and recipes like these are a huge help.

Isn’t This a Dairy and Egg-free Site?

Yes, I do blog almost exclusively dairy-free and egg-free. In fact, I don’t think there’s one post on my site that uses dairy. Our oldest has life-threatening allergies to both dairy and egg (update: those allergies are gone now), so even though the rest of us can eat these things, we don’t eat them very often. And it’s easier for all of us to just avoid them.

In fact, I do have some egg recipes on my site like this Sweet Potato Frittata and this Dairy-free Quiche.

Anyhow, I know that a lot of people looking for Keto Thanksgiving Recipes are able to eat dairy. So while there are some recipes on this list that have dairy and/or eggs, most of them don’t.

If you’re avoiding dairy like we do, it’s super easy to sub in a dairy-free option for milk, cheese, and more.

Dairy-free Alternatives:

Following are some great alternatives for milk. For cheese, you can often purchase vegan cheese options. I hope to have some DIY versions on the blog in the near future! You can also use the first few ingredients in this Pumpkin Truffle Recipe to make a Vegan Cream Cheese.

Homemade Coconut Milk
Homemade Almond Milk
Homemade Rice Milk

Egg Alternatives:

For eggs, unless they are a big mainstay of the recipe, you can often use the following:

This Powdered Egg Replacer works amazingly well in most any recipe, but it does add some carbs.
Chia Egg
Flax Egg
